24 Month JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers Limited Warranty

We offer a 24 month limited warranty on all watch repairs as standard. Warranty repairs can only be carried out by a JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers authorised workshop. If at any point during the warranty period the watch is opened, inspected or adjusted by anyone other than a JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers workshop, the warranty will be immediately invalidated. The warranty period begins from the date of repair completion (which may differ from the actual date the watch is collected or received by the client) and it is transferable to subsequent owners as long as it hasn’t expired or been invalidated.

48 Month JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers Limited Warranty

Our exclusive 48 Month JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers limited warranty is available only for certain repairs and specific brands, details of which can be found below. Warranty repairs can only be carried out by a JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers authorised workshop. If at any point during the warranty period the watch is opened, inspected or adjusted by anyone other than a JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers workshop, the warranty will be immediately invalidated.

Brands covered by the 48 Month Limited Warranty: Cartier, IWC, Omega, Panerai, Rolex

Repair types covered by the 48 Month Limited Warranty: complete mechanical service

For the 48 Month JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers Limited Warranty to be and remain valid the watch covered by it should be presented for an annual performance inspection by a JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers authorised workshop every 12 months. It is the sole responsibility of the client to remember to schedule and arrange delivery of the watch for the annual performance inspection, with all delivery and collection costs being met by the client. JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers will not be held liable as a result of a missed annual performance inspection. JON/Jon Vincent Watchmakers will not be held liable for the postage or delivery costs of a watch being sent for an annual performance inspection. The warranty period begins from the date of repair completion (which may differ from the actual date the watch is collected or received by the client) and it is transferable to subsequent owners as long as it hasn’t expired or been invalidated.
