In order to be eligible for our instalment plan, you must meet the following criteria:
1) Have a valid Credit Card (debit credit cards and AMEX are not eligible for this payment method, but eligible for all other payment methods that we offer).
Once your repair is complete we will call you for payment.
1) Select how many months you would like to pay over (3 months)
2) We take the initial deposit payment and return postage costs for your watch
3) Your credit card will be authorised for the entire amount of your remaining payment, but only charged for the 1st month’s instalment.
For example, a £300 mechanical service using a 3 month instalment plan would be charged £150 plus p&p on the day of proceed, then £50 when the repair is complete, and each following month for the remaining 2 months.
Please note that you are required to have the total cost of the service(s) available on your card. We only make monthly charges to your card, but the entire amount is held in reserve on your card to ensure payment.
Absolutely not, if you pay by instalment plan, we do not add any processing or hidden fees on top. You would pay the same amount as if you had paid for the repair upfront.
No, we simply reserve the amount on your card as collateral (as described above – reserve hold). You will never see it on your bill.
You will need to contact us to change the card number. If you do not provide us with a new card within a few days, the entire amount of remaining balance will be charged onto your card. We will send you emails and may also call you if we find a problem with your credit card.
