RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for return of an item purchase (watch, jewellery, watch straps, etc.), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
A refund will be provided to customers if they have informed us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. The customer has another 14 days to return the goods once they have informed us. We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. The customer does not have to provide a reason.
Simply get in touch with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01698 891289 before the initial 14 days have expired to express your wish to return your item purchase.
This policy is not applicable to watch repairs. Our warranty on watch repairs is 12-24 months dependant upon brand, and covers work conducted and parts replaced only. You should be informed of your exact warranty cover length during the course of your contact with us. Once you have been provided with a quote for repair and you have proceeded it you are liable for all costs quoted to you. Please see our Terms of Service for further details.
SECTION 2 – REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
SECTION 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
SECTION 4 – SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by phone on 01698 891 289 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
