Even when you take your watch into many high street jewellers they will often have no watchmaker on site and your watch will be shipped off somewhere amongst other repairs. We know this because we are often the recipient of these repairs. With that in mind we have partnered with the world's leading courier DHL to offer a collection service which matches our premier level of watchmaking.
You simply choose when you would like to have your watch collected via our 6-step booking system and we will arrange for DHL to collect it from your home or place of work Monday - Saturday. If you can have your watch ready either in its original box or securely packaged then fill out the collection form provided by the courier (with an option to add extra insurance) and it will then be delivered to our workshop where we can begin the diagnostic process. We keep you updated every step of the way through regular emails and phone calls so you can be rest assured your watch is receiving the greatest attention and care.
