How safe is it to send my watch through the post?
Very. Each year our clients trust us with 1,000+ watches sent this way. We track deliveries from when you leave it with your post office, through any depots, until it arrives in our hands. And while we know watches are often priceless, we will also insure up to £20,000 for your peace of mind.
What happens if I don’t want to go ahead with repair?
No problem. We’ll return your watch using the same safe, secure and trackable method. This is available for a small £30 admin fee.
Does my watch repair come with a guarantee?
Most definitely. All work is guaranteed from 12 months up to 24 months, depending on what work has been done. Plus, you get a further 10% discount on any future repairs you might need beyond this time.
What’s the difference between sending my watch to you or to the manufacturer?
We’re fully accredited by the world’s leading brands, such as Cartier, IWC and Omega. That means all work is certified to be at the same high standard of expertise as the manufacturers. However, we also offer a highly personal service, based on 100+ years of collective watch repairing expertise.

We pride ourselves on our industry-leading fast responses and repairs. Usually you can expect to have your watch returned to you within 21–28 working days. Of course, throughout this time you receive regular progress reports. All the way until your watch is back home and on your wrist.
